Facebook Spa Competition: T&Cs

• This competition/giveaway is open to residents within the following Postcode Sectors: LS8 (1,2); LS14 (3); LS16 (6,7,8,9); LS17 (6,7,8,9,0); LS18 (4,5); LS19 (6,7); LS20 (8,9); LS21 (1,2,3), excluding employees and their immediate families of On your Doorstep and Village Hotel, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.

• A full postal address, within the above postcode list, must be provided by the winner, to which the prize confirmation will be sent.

• No travel costs will paid and the give-away is specific to Village Hotel, North Leeds. No other Village Hotel is taking part in this giveaway and they are not required to honour the prize.

• Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.

• Spa Day must be booked in advance and be claimed before 30/11/20.

• Village Hotel cannot guarantee the availability of any date and prize must be booked on a day when Village Hotel. North Leeds has availability.

• This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount offered by Village Hotel.

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• Entries must be made using a legitimate Facebook account. Entrants using multiple accounts are not permitted and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.

• The winner of the prize will be contacted via Facebook within 48 hours of the closing date and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, or do not live within the required Postcode area, then the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and select another winner on the criteria set out below.

• The winner will be drawn at random from the Facebook accounts who shared the post.

• The winner may feature in promotion posts from On Your Doorstep/Village Hotel.

• The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Community Publications reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition or giveaway at any time with no liability to any entrant.

• Community Publications accepts no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
