Griffin House has vast experience in Office Rental operating now for 24 years and still having existing tenants who have occupied their offices for 24, 17 and 16 years.

Last year it was time to expand from the 9 existing units to 18. Therefore, new offices have been built thus making a first floor now as well as the existing ground floor rental areas.

We are fully compliant with Disability procedures and have two access ramps into the property, an 8 person passenger lift, disabled toilet on the first floor and disabled parking.

All 18 units are different shapes and sizes, making it easy for existing tenants to expand or new tenants to choose exactly what they require.

The whole of the existing areas have been fully refurbished to match the new build to the highest standard with carpeting, fire resistant blinds, Led lighting, decor, electrics, solar panels, gas central heating with thermostatic valves on all radiators so each tenant can control their own room temperature.
